This class is designed for those who are just beginning their practice, for those who wish to feel more confident during their independent practice, and for those who want to perfect the most frequent asanas and then progress on their yoga path. The classes are short and focused on the various postures, which Giulia offers in different variations according to the level of the practice (beginner, intermediate or advanced).
