How do courses and classes work?

How long does the classes take?

Practices range in length from 5 minutes for meditation classes to 60+ minutes for dynamic yoga practices.

Do I need tools to practice?

With the exception of myofascial release practices, where you will necessarily need a tennis ball or two, you do not need any equipment to practice. We recommend, though, that if your practice is constant, you buy two yoga blocks and a good mat.

How do I choose the right practices for me?

You can choose the most suitable classes by consulting the information of the various courses: teacher, duration, style (meditation, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga,…) intensity (low, medium, high) and level (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

Do I have to already know the basics of yoga to attend classes?

Absolutely not! It is not necessary. You can practice any of the beginner level classes to start building the foundation of your practice. If you can’t do a position, don’t worry. We all started somewhere! When you feel ready*, you can progress with your practice by increasing the intensity of the classes or the level.

How does the subscription work?
