Yoga for menstrual cycle

Class Description

Can you practice yoga during your menstrual cycle? The answer is yes, adapting the practice to the body’s needs on those days and on the presence or absence of cramps, bloating, breast pain or other symptoms. This course includes five classes to practice during different phases of the cycle

  • Menstrual phase (day 1 to day 7 of the cycle)
  • Follicular phase (day 7 to day 14)
  • Early luteal phase (day 14 to day 21)
  • Late luteal phase (day 21 to day 28)

This class will help you regain balance and take care of your body during the hormonal swings it goes through with intense Vinyasa Yoga sessions and Restorative Yoga for cycle phases that require slower and gentler movements.
