Leah Santa Cruz is a meditation teacher (E-RYT 500) who teaches entrepreneurs, working parents, artists and busy professionals to find ways to improve mood, sleep, stress levels and focus.
Her training began with neuroscience and psychology, followed by a decade of fast-paced work for Microsoft and tech startups. After experiencing burnout and anxiety in the corporate world, she discovered meditation as a way of healing.
Today Leah is the Meditation Coach of the Balance Meditation App, awarded by Google as “App of the Year 2021” and by Forbes as “Best New Meditation App of 2022.” She is also co-host of the Well Balanced podcast.
