Class Description

This course includes a series of guided meditations and pranayama (breathing) exercises to improve mood, sleep quality and reduce stress. Pranayama refers to both breathing techniques and the mechanism to control life energy (prana). Absorbing and controlling prana is a fundamental practice for taking care of your mind and making it strong and peaceful.

Constant meditative practice allows you to begin a journey of deep self-knowledge. Through breathing and using the senses to explore the inner world instead of the outer world, over time you will learn to recognize your most authentic voice and you will deepen the relationship with yourself on a physical, mental and emotional level.
