In Yin Yoga practice, you hold the postures (asanas) longer than usual and perform deep breathing in order to maintain a constant tension on the connective tissues. This creates more space between the joints and improves muscle flexibility.

In the slow practice of asanas, the mind is freed from all thoughts and distractions. The only time that matters is the present moment, when attention is focused on body sensations and breathing.

This class is dedicated to those who enjoy slow and gentle practices. Incorporating Yin Yoga into your daily routine allows you to visibly improve muscle flexibility and circulation. It is also a healthy practice for joints, tendons and ligaments. In addition, Yin Yoga is very useful for preparing for meditation because it helps the mind regain a state of deep stillness.
